Role of the Swimming Development Manager

The swimming development officer will lead the development of swimming in Tayside & Fife with a key focus on Clubs, Coaches, Volunteers, Facilities and Athletes below the Area Institute of Sport level. A strategic plan for the sport has been produced and implemented through working closely with Scottish Swimming and the local stakeholders ensuring that the infrastructure of the sport develops.
