Role of the Regional Development Manager

The RDM will work closely with the clubs and other stakeholders to develop a regional strategy and area action plans for growing all aspects of participation in rugby. The aim is to develop strong clubs at the centre of their communities, offering opportunities to participate in rugby to all members of that community.
